How is the size set reviewed before bulk?
We compare neckline, shoulder, chest, length, sleeve, rib recovery, symmetry, shade and hand against the approved sample. The garments are placed on forms as well as measured flat; a numeric grade can pass while the neck or shoulder line looks wrong on a body.
Production detail: neckline linking tension should be reviewed across sizes. Applying one attachment ratio to every opening can make small sizes stiff and large sizes unstable.
Buyer decision note: identify the intended fit—close, regular or relaxed—and send the base size wearer or body measurements. “Custom size” without an ease decision is incomplete.
Factory note: I check the neck before the chest. If the opening does not return cleanly, the customer will notice it every time the sweater is worn.
